Crowne Plaza SHANGHAI NANJING ROAD by IHG

This is my second stay at this hotel, and the location is truly excellent. It's close to the subway station, right by Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, and very convenient for visiting attractions like the Bund and Yu Garden. The room was clean, and the staff were as professional and enthusiastic as ever, making me feel right at home. 0610~

This check-in was efficient, and the front desk staff at 0710 were professional and attentive. The room was clean and quiet, facilities were in good condition, and requests were handled promptly. My business trip experience was excellent, and the location is convenient. I'll definitely choose this hotel first for future business trips to Shanghai.

I booked this room for a foreign friend. The front desk staff on July 10th (07/10) were incredibly patient and helpful with the deposit, and communication was smooth. The room was clean and tidy, and the service was thoughtful and attentive. My friend was very satisfied, had a great stay, and highly recommends it.

The room was very spacious and clean. The Western breakfast was high quality, especially the egg tarts and cheese sandwiches which were particularly delicious. There's a dumpling shop downstairs that's affordable and tasty. We traveled during the National Day holiday, so there were lots of people, but the hotel is right on a pedestrian street, making it very convenient for exploring the surrounding area.

Had a wonderful stay! The room had great natural light and was spotlessly clean. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were quick and efficient, and the staff were warm and polite. The hotel is conveniently located and the facilities are well-maintained. Room 0710. Highly recommended!

The hotel's location is excellent, right on the pedestrian street, so you can go shopping and dining as soon as you step out. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Shanghai. The hotel service was also great; they enthusiastically upgraded my room, and I could even see the 'Three-Piece Suit' (Lujiazui skyline) from there, which was really nice.

The room was quite spacious and clean. I was a bit worried about the hotel being old, but it turned out to be fine. All the facilities worked well, there was no strange smell in the bathroom, and the shower drained properly. The air conditioning also cooled effectively.
