The hotel was very poor. Infact it was a motel and they misled us on the ctrip by saying that it was a Xuelin hotel. When we reached it says it’s a motel 168. Room was super dirty, noisy , no toiletries, etc.
We recommend the owner and ctrip to be straight and don’t mislead people by hiding that it’s a motel.
I hope someone in ctrip read this and try to reimburse the payment of our stay. I am attaching photos for reference

Terrible. Definitely for traveler who are choosing this place at where for the last choice of hotels. Pathetic and terribly placed for living. It’s basically those Motel 168 chain that’s been rebranded.

This hotel really gave me a super experience. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt the meticulous service. The front desk staff was enthusiastic and efficient, and the check-in procedure was quick.
The room was very warm and comfortable, the bedding was soft and clean, and it felt like lying in the clouds. The facilities in the room were also complete, and the TV, air conditioning and other equipment were all working well.
The hotel's catering is a highlight, with a rich variety of breakfasts, whether it is Chinese fried dough sticks and soy milk or Western bread and coffee, they are all fresh and delicious.
The hotel's geographical location is also very good, with convenient transportation and many attractions and shopping malls nearby. The hygiene is also impeccable, and the public areas and rooms are spotless. Overall, this hotel is extremely cost-effective and is an excellent choice for travel accommodation.
