Service at Atour Hôtel Nanjing was amazing, from Check in, to free laundry, free porridge was a nice added touch. TV screen was large and room was comfortable and clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Hotel is very well located.
Only downside was the other guests that were loud until 1am and i could hear them.
Otherwise were will check out other Atour hotels in China.

Overall is good but the heater was bad. Need to wait for few minutes then can use.
The areas was good and few minutes walk near The Bund.

Overall, we had a very pleasant experience here! We were conveniently located next to popular Shanghai tourist locations (The Bund 外灘, Nanjing Lu 南京路), and the hotel rooms were clean and well kept. Also, the hotel staff were very helpful. We’d definitely consider Atour again! Although, we discovered that there are actually several Atour branches, so when getting to the hotel or ordering delivery to the hotel, one must pay attention to the exact address.

Last minute booking cause we weren’t happy with the original hotel. No regrets at all! Should have stayed here from day 1 itself!
Hotel is at The Bund itself, with a great view as soon as you step outside. Room is spacious and clean with all the amenities, and more than enough water from the start. Service staff is great, they allowed us to extend our checkout time.
Hotel breakfast has a wide spread and the late night porridge was good.
Would recommend this hotel for anyone who visits Shanghai!

Very very nice hotel and impressive service, me and my family love this hotel a lot. We’re sure to come back to stay here when we visit Shanghai again.
Nice smell of the rooms … no dust, tidy and really clean. The bed is so comfy. Good quality of toiletries. All the hotel staffs are so nice.
There is laundry room with 4 washing machines and 4 dryers. The staffs help us to dry and fold the clothes 😚 touched ❤️

Had a great 4 days’ stay at Atour hotel, clean room, cozy deco, very comfortable bed & pillows. Friendly staff, in particular Ms 樱桃 who is attentive. Convenient location, walking distance to metro, the Bund & many eateries. Will definitely recommend staying here
