Overall everything was great payani,Ni assistant mgr ,and Ariel they went extra to upgrade my room.
I recommend the hotel to my American travelers if they go to minhang area .Actually is better than other hotels in Shanghai center.
Breakfast was good with lots of Chinese and western food .
