The place is very good, all things are ok but the last stay they, they forgot to fulfill the tissue, rooms are beautiful but not really comfortable

Honestly, I’m not sure why are there so many good reviews from this branch.
The male staff was super rude and not friendly.
The rooms are quite dirty and the house keeping is bad. Requested the housekeeping to do change the bedsheet on the 2nd night but came back to the same set of bedsheet.. I even found a cockroach on the wall. Btw, this is non smoking hotel but the male staff was smoking in the room beside the reception. When questioned, the manager denied.
This caused the whole hotel lobby to reek of cigarette smell.
The only consolation was the friendly female reception.
Other than the affordability of this hotel, I don’t think there are any other positive things to say. Avoid this hotel at all cost

I don’t have photos inside the hotel room but I like it because it is clean and enough space only to move around and open 1 luggage.
The location is near train station walking distance from hotel to train station around 600 meters or 10 minutes to Shanghai railway, nearest station.
There’s a family mart outside the hotel, and the staff are helpful.

Room was larger than I thought comparing to What I’ve read in some reviews. Great ammenities!
Room a bit outdated and cleaning could be better.
Location ok if not carrying larga bags from station.
Convenient 24h store at first floor.
Breakfast options ok - you get a voucher and pay the price difference depending on what you choose. Fair.

The hotel staff has been very helpful to arrange things that require Chinese language.
Excellent choice. Small rooms but worth the pricing.

I had a great stay! The hotel is near the subway and it's easy to commute to the best places of Shanghai. My flight landed really early and I was even able to do the check-in at 9am, which helped a lot.

Room - The room was adequate size for two persons and their luggages. I was informed that the room I booked had no windows but the lady at the front desk happily changed my room to one with a window which made the experience a bit better.
Location - The location is perfect for first timers or persons who frequent Shanghai. The train station is literally across the street from the hotel as well as the subway entrance to line 2 is across the street. It is close to many restaurants and attractions.
Amenities- the hotel does not have an eating area so they offer breakfast off-site at a restaurant nearby. This might be a bit of a turn-off as it was a bit of a downer for me.

This was my second time staying here! It was very nice. We got an upgrade to business class room. It was very nice and spacious. We will definitely book again!
