I wouldn’t come back.
The place isn’t clean (chdck the photos) there was gair everywhere, the wall of the shower is black as never was scrubbed at all, the ceiling has mold, there was even hair in the sink. It was really disappointing. The room is too small! Looks bigger in the pics. AND THE WORST THING was that the cleaning lady left my room OPEN after taking 1 out of 2 garbage bags. So, she didn’t even clean the room and left it open after her!!!! I found it opened at 10pm that i came to rest.
No English speaking, no amenities, they didn’t know where to get laundry done… not helpful at all.

I booked a room for two nights on the trip.com website, when we checked in, we opened the door, a sour smell came, we quickly went to the desk to ask what was rotten, the service lady immediately changed anther room, the room is dark and damp, I told her that we can not live in such a dark room, l wanted to find another hotel, she saids ok,But you have to go to the website, because I can’t to it here, and today's room payment can not be refund to you, only refund the money of tomorrow, after we left the hotel,I tried to make several calls could not be connected, only to get through to the United States at night, my husband told the service lady what was happened ! We wanted the money refund back because the room smelling so bad, but not reason for small room!

The room is in a very good location. The hygiene is also excellent. Maybe it's a bit old, but the facilities are okay. It's a 5-minute walk from Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, 15 minutes from the Bund, and 20 minutes from Yu Garden. The front desk lady arranged one of the few rooms with windows when I checked in. It was a surprise and very heartwarming. Shanghai is a charming city. This hotel is a warm hotel. I will definitely come again next time I come to Shanghai.
