Experienced a little issue during check in but the owner quickly proposed a solution.
For us who are 1st timers in Shanghai, it was really a console when they offered the help.
Definitely come back and stay in my next Shanghai trip if it's just 4 people. T
here's only 1 toilet, challenging if you have too many people.
The owner is really nice.

It was ok when I checked in. I asked the aunt to come and clean the room once, but she just left after delivering something. She didn't clean the room and didn't even want to take away the garbage. This was the only time I stayed for 7 days, and I had to ask her to do it.
My schedule changed, and I needed to check out two days in advance, but the merchant didn't agree. I originally wanted to place a long-term order in a few days, but was discouraged by the merchant's attitude. Please choose carefully when you check in next time.
