Amazing stay here, the view was awesome. They gave me a high floor with an awesome view. There are tons of amazing things to shop here. Service was awesome as well :)

In contrast to my previous stay at a nearby 5-star hotel, this hotel provided a much more enjoyable experience. The highlight was the fabulous view overlooking Nanjing Pedestrian Street, which was absolutely stunning. While both hotels had their merits, the view here definitely added to the overall positive experience. Overall, I had a good stay, and I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great location and beautiful views.

Elong is one of the best Hotel in Shanghai, we love the room so much, the staffs are very friendly and so helpful even though we dont speak chinese they will provide a translation tools.
surely i will back to stay at Elong when visit Shanghai again

A wonderful hotel in the centre of Shanghai. The location is convenient, the rooms are large and there is a spa, restaurant and gym! The staff are all very helpful and was a wonderful stay.

Happy with the service provided. Location wise, around 500m fr 2 nearest exit of 人民广场站and 南京东路站。 Walking distance to Nanjing Pedestrian Street for shopping and the Bund for fantastic view. Conveniently reach every destination you wanna visit. We stayed for 5 nights,can enjoy their supper fr 8pm-10pm daily for free, very happy with the services provided.

Location is perfect. Surrounding with lots of local food & store. Across the road is the famous shopping area. The concierge man is very friendly, helpful and speak well in English. Bed is comfortable. Love the complimentary Ice Latte.
