這是在外面住酒店最不開心的一次，定的大床房A，結果到哪裡給安排一個小房間，找酒店人員説，説我要住大床房要加錢，我已經定的是大床房，酒店的説她們到手是多少錢，就給我安排什麼樣的房間，説我雖然在網上付的是大床房的錢，到她們手沒有那麼多，我後來只有找客服，經過客服的溝通，後來換了大床房，我帶着女兒將就了一晚，房間裏面吹風機也沒有，我還是第一次上當受騙啊
