I implore the platform Ctrip to supervise it properly.

It was very dirty when we checked in, there was hair in the bathroom, overall the room was tired. They didn't clean for 3 days, they only changed the towels and made the bed. We asked to wash our clothes, but they couldn't help us, although the hotel was in the "laundry available" selection according to the filters
