The hotel is located at Yangpu, Shanghai, where it's a bit far away from the City Center. For some taxi drivers, it's difficult to find out the hotel if they don't use the GPS. The hotel is such a new hotel with music theme. The room is quite spacious with a comfortable bed and well-equipped facilities. However, the front-desk service is not really good enough, particularly in the evening when there's only one person who's in the receptionist, and difficult to find out anyone from the Hotel by calling the internal phone. Somehow, the breakfast of the Hotel has not many options which're disappointing.

The hotel style is really nice and the view is excellent.
The bed are very comfortable and the rooms are excellent equipped. The only point which is not same as the hotel style is the breakfast.
You didn't has a huge choice and the most of stuff is not refilled at the buffet.

I had the most incredible experience staying at the Shanghai Prodor Music Hotel! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The hotel's unique blend of music and hospitality creates an atmosphere like no other. The attention to details is absolutely amazing.
My room was not only comfortable and luxurious but also equipped with top-notch Bang and Olufsen sound systems, allowing me to enjoy my favorite music in style. The attention to detail in the room's design, with musical motifs and decor, made my stay truly special. My room was decorated with precious wood, high quality leather, beautiful marbles all assembled in sophisticated patterns. The level of automation from the lights to the curtains and the Villeroy & Boch washlet was out of this world.
The hotel's restaurant offered a delightful culinary journey with a diverse menu that catered to all tastes. The chefs prepared my breakfast to my exact liking. The buffet was garnished with fresh ans well selected products. The maître d’hôtel will guarantee a smooth communication with the kitchen making the dinning experience smooth and most enjoyable.
What truly sets the Shanghai Prodor Music Hotel apart is its dedication to music. If you don’t know who is Lang Lang he is world renowned piano player and the Prodor Music Hotel was established in his honor. The on-site music studio and regular music events make it a haven for music enthusiasts. I even had the opportunity to attend a live music workshop during my stay, which was both educational and entertaining.
The staff's hospitality made me feel like a valued guest. Big kudos to Candice, Kris, and Daniel for their exceptional courtesy and problem solving skills. Whether you're a music lover or not, this hotel offers an unforgettable experience that combines luxury, hospitality, and a deep appreciation for the art of music. I can't wait to return to the Shanghai Prodor Music Hotel for another harmonious stay!
