Disappointing experience despite ideal location. The receptionist's service fell short of expectations, lacking professionalism. Considering the affordable rate (under ¥200), we anticipated basic amenities, but the service was subpar.

Dirty, no towels, ******* place. I really don’t understand how a professional app as CTRIP ALLOWS a **** place like this one to be listed on app. It’s really disgusting. I use Ctrip for many years and never got a **** and dirty place like this hotel. Very disappointed…no curtains, no towels and the small one (face towel) was with a whole in the middle and the ******* front desk guy just laughed…that’s ridiculous …curtains was broken and sunny day woke me up very early…

Nice staff and very helpful and friendly! Great location near many local restaurants and nearby the Jing A Temple subway. Very convenient! I would stay there next time too!

The location is the best thing about the hotel. Other than that, expect undersized towels, cockroaches and bed linen that could be washed better.

Me and my boy-friend book it last minute. It is downtown, and for the location it’s very cheap. Room it’s not big but very cozy for short booking.
