Hotels in Pudong Zhangjiang District, Shanghai

Location is a bit remote if you are planning to stay there for vacation, but there is a train station right Infront only the hotel that makes it convenient. Staff is nice and helpful. Rooms are big and comfortable enough. I stayed for 1 night for a nearby meeting so it was good for that purpose. Longer term though, may be a bit ”bare bones”

I just check again the profile of this hotel and they haven’t made any update. When I arrived the hotel, I was informed that the swimming pool is not available due to maintenance. I paid extra money because of that specific amenity. It would be great that hotels would update their profile and available or provide any heads up so that the guests would know what they are paying for. The hotel is expensive and I booked it hoping that I will get to enjoy their amenities. It is okay to have such problem as long as they would post it in their profile for transparency.

The service was impressive, and the buffet breakfast was quite good. I particularly appreciated the variety available, especially since I enjoy Chinese cuisine. The location is perfect for my schedule. However, there seems to be a KTV somewhere or a bar nearby,, and it was quite noisy during our stay on the weekends. It was either some people singing or chatting. I'm not sure if it is the same during weekdays.

I was really surprised by how great this Atour Hotel in Zhangjiang Park is! The staff at the front desk, both the young men and women, were so kind, sweet, and helpful. Their service was incredibly thoughtful; anything I needed was delivered promptly, which was truly heartwarming. The room was very tidy and spacious, with plenty of toiletries. Items were delivered to the room quickly. The bedding, all from Atour, was super comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The room had a fresh, pleasant scent. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff proactively offered laundry service, which was very professional and thorough—they even folded the clothes and delivered them back to the room! The showerhead worked great with strong water pressure. The cleanliness was impeccable, with great attention to detail. Everything was spotless. The hardware facilities were complete and very well-maintained. Whenever I had an issue, the front desk was proactive in helping to coordinate a solution. I’ll definitely be back next time! Extremely satisfied!

Upon arrival, check-in was quick and seamless, and they thoughtfully provided information about local amenities. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with soft, comfortable bedding that ensured a wonderful night's sleep. There was plenty of hot water with a consistent temperature, and the complimentary toiletries were also of good quality. A nice touch was the pool table in the lobby for guests to enjoy.

Although there are many hotels around, Yitel Hotel has a high cost performance. Although the business king room is not big, it has complete facilities. It is also very clean. There is a rope for hanging clothes in the bathroom. The service staff is also very good. I couldn't close the window at night. After calling the front desk staff, they came up and closed it for me immediately. It is an ideal hotel for business people on short-term business trips.

The hotel is surrounded by a mature commercial area that meets the needs of supermarkets and gourmet food, which is great. The hotel is generally clean and has a microwave and refrigerator for cooking. There are many choices. I hope that disposable tableware can be provided, which is better.
