The environment is clean and the room even has a refrigerator. The service is attentive; there's always someone to direct parking. They even provide alcohol pads for disinfecting the computer equipment. The soundproofing is a bit lacking, though.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Check-in was swift, and they thoughtfully provided recommendations for nearby attractions. The room was spotlessly clean, with soft, comfortable bedding that made for a perfect night's sleep. The bathroom had a convenient wet/dry separation and was fully stocked with toiletries. The hotel's prime location, surrounded by various restaurants and shopping centers, made getting around incredibly easy. I'll definitely be choosing this hotel again for my next trip!

I hadn't planned to write a review, but after staying at the Wangyu Esports Hotel a few days ago, I felt this one was much cleaner and more comfortable. The cleanliness is a major plus, and the price is quite reasonable. Last night, I wanted to stay near Jinqiao, but I noticed this chain hotel is relatively rare, so I was a bit disappointed I didn't get to stay. I hope more chain hotels open in the future.

The bedding in the room is quite comfortable, the front desk service is enthusiastic, and the room is well soundproofed, which does not affect sleep. It is cost-effective and I will choose this place next time I go out. This time I stayed for three consecutive nights.

This hotel is truly fantastic! I stayed here for a month (my sister helped reserved the rest of the nights) and I absolutely love it! It's LITERALLY in 静安区(Jing'an District) which is one of the liveliest and convenient district in Shanghai! The amenities are also generously provided from daily bottle of water, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, shampoo, bodywash, and so much more! The staffs were all so nice to me as well, they helped teach me how to use Chinese apps and recommend me good places to eat! Overall, I ENCOURAGE anyone who wants the best of quality, service, and accessibility to stay at this hotel.

The Hotel is very nice and comfortable. A bit smelly of smoking but ok. Staff are very nice and helpful but can't speak English (Google translate needed). They had helped us to call a taxi even though we got a trouble of communication. The hotel is about 900 meters away for Jiangsu road MRT station. It take not over 10 minutes walking.

Very good, the location is very close to the north gate of East China Normal University, it is very convenient to take a taxi, and there is Powerlong Plaza outside. The girl at the front desk is also very gentle and polite
