環境：酒店連個門牌還沒裝，老店翻新的房間面積很小，酒店還在裝修中很吵，公區衞生沒法看，訂的含早的第二天去餐廳吃飯，沒開餐也不提前通知，現給送的，走廊還在施工中，菜連個保鮮膜也不封，送的奶還有4天過期，沒敢喝，菜基本全是涼的。這次訂了兩天，讓前台通知稍微打掃一下衞生，過了快一個小時還沒來，還是一位好心的大姐路過幫忙收拾了一下。電視聲音小的基本聽不見了，説是統一調成這樣的沒辦法調大音量。

和同事出差選擇了這家酒店，進入大廳裝修風格很別緻，和之前來的那一次大不相同，提升了很多檔次，服務人員也很熱情，房間的床品提升的也不錯，柔軟親膚，衞生也乾淨，確實不錯

從辦理入住開始就很舒心，前台工作人員態度熱情又專業，快速幫我們完成了手續，還貼心告知了酒店內餐廳、健身房的位置和營業時間。我們訂的景觀房視野超棒，窗外就是城市夜景，房間內乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，一整晚都睡得很安穩。

首先就是服務太差，剛開始辦入住的時候那個女的一直拉拉個臭臉，好像別人欠她800萬，衞生也太差了，床單，馬桶上都有頭髮，其他地方也有，忘記拍照了，前台不解決問題。經理説給換個房間，前台説沒有空房間了，不知道誰説的實話，誰説的假話。房間也不隔音，保潔上樓給我換床單的時候，還説，你不幹這一行，你不知道有多辛苦。我請問呢？哪一行不辛苦？自己衞生搞不好，下次誰還來。一開始還説送早餐，結果也沒送。不差這早餐了，下次再也不來了。
