酒店環境衞生非常好，房間大，裏面的設施也很齊全，前廳有個叫劉平的小姐姐，服務態度超級棒，我是在網上下單的，不含早餐，得知我們很遠過來，無償給我們贈送了早餐券，小小的一個早餐，卻體現了商家對客人的真誠與服務，這樣的服務員及商家必須實實在在的評價及表揚。

智能馬桶不便宜，體驗感很好，價格實惠。智能小度和座機電話很方便，早餐也不錯很好吃！服務也好，美女接待很好，去吃早餐還打招呼説，早上好！很開心！

酒店才開一年好多設施舊了，木地板都是爛的，床單上有頭髮，衞生差看着好惡心。沒有礦泉水，就一個大桶水還是酒店自己灌的，也是醉了連生產日期都沒有，估計是自來水。

酒店很新，大堂氣派，房間寬敞，設施齊全，有圓桌用起來很方便。停車就在酒店後院，停車場乾淨整潔，靠河邊還有綠化小景，寬寬的河對岸是中學。停車場，前台，客房服務人員都彬彬有禮，是比較滿意的一次留宿。

房間設計温馨，空間尚可。小度智控，但是空調系統有待提高，牆控控不了制熱，小度也不能控制。室温14竟然開不了暖氣也是醉了。

下了高速，意外發現商南是個精緻乾淨的小城，綠化很好，街道整潔。酒店大堂很有設計感，現代時尚又不失中式典雅風範，房間很大，裝修清爽，前台服務人員態度和藹，停車很方便，對面有個東北菜飯店不錯。不遠有個茶海公園可以逛逛。

床品上多處不明毛髮殘留，因為太晚了。沒讓換，穿着衣服睡的。 隔壁房間有好幾個精神小夥帶着精神小妹唱歌，吵架一晚上。酒店管理可見非常鬆垮。
