The Ancient City of Shangqiu
The room overlooks Shangqiu city. We had Cantonese food at Xin Ya Ji downstairs for dinner. Breakfast is also here and it's pretty good. The room came with a dinner coupon. Ordered black bean sauce spareribs for dinner and was very disappointed, the texture of the meat was weird. The Qingyuan chicken was pretty good. The hotel is described as 2022, but the decoration and facilities feel like an old hotel from more than ten years ago. Xiao Zhang from the concierge department deserves special praise. He took the initiative to help us move our luggage to the room and ran up and down to help us coordinate the room. He was warm and thoughtful, and the young man was very dedicated.
