If there was an emoji that was three better, I'd have selected it. They treated me like family. I drank copious amounts of high quality tea in the lobby tea room with no expectations to buy any. The room was the nicest standard room I've stayed in. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Room service inpecable. My only suggestion is the massage service fell way far short from the high quality the rest of the hotel set.

Overall a fairly decent hotel. Very local oriented, no international foods. Be prepared to be conversant in mandarin. But the service staff are very helpful and attentive. If you ended up staying here, you’re most likely either on a group tour or for business as an overseas travel. It’s close proximity to some local shops and food so still not too secluded, even though they are situated at the newer area of town. If I come back for business, I will consider to stay here once more. Only issue was the fitness centre was closed. They should rectify it asap, as it was rather disappointing not to have the chance to use it. The covenience mini store located at the lobby is a bit helpful for any simple basic things needed.

前台的服務不敢恭維。跟誰欠他們似的，訂房的時候備註寫的很清楚，樓層高點，離電梯遠一點，直接給我安排在電梯口了。房間挺乾淨的，就是這滿牆炸裂和起皮也是無語了。

房間非常寬敞，小朋友們非常喜歡。早餐滿足了常年在外的商丘人的所有期待，胡辣湯，豆粥，涼拌菜，乾菜餡大包子，蒸麪條，水餃……，水果豐富，咖啡也很贊。當天到的比較晚感謝hunter的完美接待。

在房間可以俯瞰商丘市區。晚餐在樓下新雅記吃的粵菜。早餐也是這裏，還不錯。房間裏有晚餐優惠券。晚餐點的豉汁排骨非常失望，肉質很奇怪。清遠雞還不錯。酒店看介紹是2022的，但裝潢設施感覺像十幾年前的老酒店，特別值得讚揚的是禮賓部的小張，主動幫我們搬行李到房間，還主動上下跑幫我們協調房間，熱情周到，小夥子很敬業。
