Arrived late due to a late appointment and the hotel team served us well. They made sure we were well taken care of and even provided us with an upgrade which was wonderful. Kudos to the team.

This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had! The sanitation is very poor. We upgraded to a room that looked like it hadn't been lived in for 800 years. You could see a layer of dust without touching it, and there were unknown hairs in the corners. I really don't understand how they cleaned the room. The environment is so-so. There is a strange smell in the hotel. I don't know if it is perfume or something else. I have to keep the exhaust fan on to make it better. The room facilities are OK. The TV can only watch movies and live broadcasts. I didn't expect that it doesn't support screen projection. The smart toilet is useful. The room is not soundproof! ! This is the hotel with the worst soundproofing I have ever stayed in. When people talk in the corridor, it sounds like they are lying next to your ear in the room. Bad review! The service attitude is average, and a deposit is required for check-in. I don't understand how it ranked first among luxury hotels (๑•̌.•̑๑)ˀ̣ˀ̣
