酒店四大差評（實話實説）
1，酒店工作人員服務態度極差，面無表情，語氣很粗暴，因為空調的通過智能語音和控制面板都沒有辦法反應，就打電話到前台，居然説我住個酒店唧唧歪歪屁事真多！
2，酒店房間和我在平台上看到的格局根本不一樣、整體房間很窄很小，很壓抑、我要求換個房間説最後一間了，我説給我升級一個房型吧，前台回覆房間都預訂完了，沒有房型可以升換，但是如果加錢就可以，不就是扯淡嗎？沒有房型可以升，又説加錢就有了，我要求升級房型是因為和我預訂的房間完全不同，給的是角落房，格局太差了！前台粗暴説愛住就住不住拉倒！服，真的太**了！
3，酒店衞生很差，大廳，電梯，房間很臟，浴巾黑不隆咚，房間沙發，洗漱台都臟，下水道堵塞，下水還發出像拖拉機的聲音！
4，房間格局實在太差了，很窄很小，衞生間沒有乾濕分離，很容易滑倒！酒店隔音也很差！
總結一句，酒店服務惡劣，衞生太臟，房間格局和圖片完全不符，很小窄很壓抑！我一年到處出差，每年住酒店200晚、這是我覺得最差的酒店之一！

來爬三清山，定了上饒的這家酒店，整體很滿意。
設施：很新，設計的都很人性化，體驗好。房間的床睡着超級舒服。
衞生：非常乾淨舒適，定了兩間房，都沒有發現衞生方面的問題。
環境：酒店房間的設計我很喜歡，很大很寬敞，乾濕分離。
服務：前台人員態度很好，房間每天還會贈送礦泉水、茶包咖啡。
交通：酒店對面就是吾悦廣場，離上饒的高速路口也近，自駕去三清山大約一個半小時。
總體來説性價比很高，很舒服的一次入住體驗！推薦。

因為想延遲到2點退房，答應給的五星好評，2023年和朋友住過，感覺衞生做的挺好的，今年再來住，一開始沒有定這種房型，那個衞生更差，後面自己花錢升級了，看中這個房間的陽光好，但是衞生依然不盡如人意，當時很累了，不想搬來搬去了，將就住一晚🥲空調沒發開，中央空調會串煙味，最討厭煙味了。

酒店新，智能化程度高，房間除電視外都能語音控制，投屏電視屏幕大，房間設計乾濕三分離，衞生乾淨設施完好，在13層以上，環境安靜。就是酒店位置不在靠馬路，在一個廣場的第二排（三棟），有車的進廣場地下車庫可直接到酒店大堂，酒店位置也不錯，馬路對面有個商業廣場，吃飯購物方便，去望仙谷遊玩住上饒市有車的值得推薦，從景區到酒店一小時車程。

新開的酒店，用品幾乎全新。全屋智能語音控制。對面吾悦廣場，吃喝玩樂一應俱全。早餐還可以，一個大姐照顧所有人比較辛苦。
