前台服務很不錯，入住時候主動給我升級了房型，送了早餐，早餐品種還挺多的，味道也不錯，房間衞生很乾凈，比較智能化，洗好的衣服我沒講，前台就幫我烘乾了，最主要是離吾悦廣場近，吃的超多，推薦推薦

一直很信賴希岸酒店，如果很多地方都直接選擇希岸，裝修風格清新雅緻，還有很多温馨提示語，這次是跟家人出來旅遊，由於衹定了一個早餐，酒店看我帶了孩子，就另外給我送了兩個早餐。在這裏表示感謝，然後房間乾淨整潔沒有問題，衞生間有些小問題，跟客服溝通過，他們也表示馬上維修整改，服務態度很好，問題響應很快，所以總的來説還是值得認可的。

自駕遊以來住宿最滿意的一天，前台小姐姐，每一個都笑容滿面，和藹可親，各方面都無可挑剔，不多的次數對所住酒店打了滿分，樓道房間保潔阿姨，服務態度也很好，浴巾，毛巾消毒後獨立包裝，還送了眼貼（見圖）。早餐也很豐富，室內停車場有點小，但有老師傅幫助停車，叫人很放心。總之，自駕遊了20個省份近200個大中城市，這樣使人滿意是少數。還送了眼貼

前台服務熱情，美女帥哥連停車都會去給看着指揮，房間裝修的很温馨，看上去比較高檔，前廳有免費的咖啡，也很安靜，早餐品種豐富。

酒店位置就在吾悦廣場旁邊，走路步行可以到達，是它正統的蒂芙尼藍主題，早餐種類還行，機器人可以送餐，房間做了智能化調整
