老闆老闆娘人很好，農莊離景區1. 2公里。交通方便，停車場比較大，房間衞生乾淨整潔。

這次自駕摩託車出行，選的這家民宿距離景區大門4公里左右，在靈山景區大道邊一個小村莊裡，位置不算偏，背靠靈山，我訂的一個標準間，價格便宜，環境安靜，但是裝修很新，床褥很乾凈，因為不是節假日，當天好像沒有其他客人入住，老闆娘人很熱情樸實，我當天入住，第二天要去爬靈山，早上7點出鍾出門家裡沒人，我直接把行李放在客廳，和老闆娘打了個電話，下午3點多下山來直接取了行李到下一站，安全放心。住這裡有到自己家的感覺，非常推薦。

房間很大，床上用品很乾凈，熱水毛巾等各種衞生間用品很齊全。
另外老闆老闆娘人非常好，我們爬山回來晚了點，也給我們晚點退房讓我們洗了澡再走。
除了位置稍微靠內了一點，簡直沒一點毛病。老闆倆人太nice了

衞生：房間很乾凈，無異味。
環境：跟靈山靠得很近，很適合去靈山玩的小夥伴。
服務：老闆娘和老闆都非常熱情好客，除了住宿外還提供餐食，包車和訂票的服務，服務是比較完善的。老闆娘是本地人，想嘗正宗的江西菜的話，可以在店裡吃飯，用的是爐灶煮出來的柴火飯，是真的很正宗的江西味道，還有本地的特色菜。老闆娘人很好，還騎摩託車送我去公交站。是一次非常滿意的住宿體驗。
