Romantic Hotels in Shangri-La

hotel is new. Rooms are large, clean, comfortable and well designed. A New hotel also means some inexperience staff, but everyone tries their best. One downside of the hotels location is the walking path to the old town is quite long as the direct pathway is currently blocked. Hope that changes

It was really great. It was my first time to experience camping. It was really cold in Shangri-La Haba Snow Mountain in November, but it was really great to sit in the camp and look at the Haba Snow Mountain opposite. It was really nice to feel the tranquility and beauty. The B&B is in American camping style. There are about 10 campsites. The furniture styles inside are designed and arranged by the owner himself. It is very warm. If there are many people coming together, you can sing by the bonfire at night. The foot of the snow mountain is so beautiful. The owner and the proprietress of the B&B are very nice. They also raised a very well-behaved and enthusiastic German Shepherd. They can guard the house at night and ask for food when eating. Hahaha, there is also a coffee shop at the foot of the mountain, which is also super good. If the weather is good, three or two people will get together in the coffee shop at night to chat about life and look at the starry sky. It is beautiful. It happened to rain when I came to Haba Snow Mountain this time, so I didn’t see Haba Snow Mountain, but camping on rainy days has a different flavor. I always have to leave some regrets and look forward to the next wonderful encounter.

The boss from the Northeast is enthusiastic and interesting. It's very interesting to sit around the table, drink tea, chat and play games. Also comes with ******* costume experience and makeup, nice PS: The recommended toast banquet is average and the performance is OK. Those who are interested in the performance can go there.

The front desk staff are very friendly n helpful. The hotel lobby has the feel of ******* culture , nice & grand . The hotel is located in the ancient town, convenient to walk around to shops n many restaurants . The hotel help us to get their day off Driver to drive us around (a half day trip )with reasonal price . The room is clean n comfortable. with fresh fruits provided too . During night time. (9pm) The staff served the milk to the room too.

Despite the lack of greenery or floral scenery, our stay at the antique independent “bungalow” was made special by the warm welcome and excellent service from the manager, staff, and especially our housekeeper, ZhangLei! He was consistently attentive and caring towards us throughout our stay. Zhanglei also went above and beyond by protecting us from potential scammers, demonstrating his commitment to our safety and comfort throughout our stay. We arrived in Shangri-la late at night. The owner of the hotel told us to go to a certain location so they could go pick us up, we were not charged for this service. They were very kind to us, especially to me since I had a hard time adjusting to the altitude and they told us what to do to alleviate my altitude sickness issues. The rooms are very spacious, nicely decorated and clean. The atmosphere of the place gives you a feeling you’re immersed in the local culture. The view from the top rooms are breathtaking, you can have an overview of the town and the main temple. Just beware that in order to have this view, you need to climb a lot of stairs, and at this altitude, climbing stairs can be a daunting challenge, but totally worthwhile. I highly recommend this place.

I am really grateful to the sister of the homestay. On the last day of flying to Lhasa, I forgot my glasses at the homestay. She helped me find them. I called a taxi to send them to the airport! Every day when I went out to play and returned to the homestay, it was like returning home. I stayed for 4.5 days. Every day I drank tea and ate melon seeds downstairs. The sister was very nice. I also talked to her about my marriage life. We chatted with each other and felt very close. She helped me take my luggage down from the 3rd floor and sent it to the intersection. Oh my god, it was so happy! And the room on the 3rd floor can see the prayer wheel when you lie down. Don’t be too happy. This price is really worth it! Oh, it snowed the next day. Looking out of the room, the snow view is invincible! The room is also very large and clean. I added an electric blanket, which is very comfortable!

The best way to escape the bitter summer in the Central Plains is to go to the north of Yunnan. Fortunately, the Hengzheng Paina Inn I chose blindly did not disappoint me and even brought many surprises. I found a quiet and beautiful place to stay in the bustling ancient city. The B&B is located in a quiet place amidst the bustle and is spotless. It reflects the thoughts, tastes and intentions of the owners. The owners are a young couple from Beijing who went there because of their love. They spent nine years just to create a Shambhala that all kinds of travelers hope for. No matter the master or we who are wandering, this place of peace is my hometown. Appreciate the owner's bravery, persistence, intention and taste. And we have planned escapes too many times, only to find that we are still in the same place after many years. Too many regrets in the world come from wanting not to do something, and the way to resolve it should be invisible between horizontal and vertical strokes. I hope this kind of good B&Bs will get better and better, and there will be more and more of them.

A good place to relax and escape the heat, especially quiet and comfortable. The temperature in the south is 40 degrees. When you arrive in Shangri-La, you need to turn on the electric blanket at night. Who knows! I originally planned to stay for two days, but I didn't want to leave after I came, so I booked five days. I didn't go anywhere, just stayed here to relax, read books, and climb mountains. It was really comfortable!
