Like my stay in this hotel. Appreciate the pick up from the railway that is included as a service from hotel. We also get a butler to help us and can communicate smoothly via wechat. Room was spacious and have seating area to chill. Also like the modern design.

Service, facilities and food were all amazing!! The toilet was really cool too - you get a high tech bidet system thing with the room. Also, they send fruity platters and soup to the rooms daily. Highly recommend a stay at the Chenrezig when you’re visiting Shangri-La!

Hotel service was excellent the moment we stepped in and we were welcomed with hot drinks and titbits. Our room was very cosy with a huge television screen and was even equipped with oxygen supply throughout the night. Breakfast came as a set of local dishes and tasted good! I enjoyed my stay here!

Nice and new hotel. Hotel is clean and we love the oxygen machine in the room. Train station and airport transfer is also very good. The hotel location is a bit far from town. If the hotel able to provide free shuttle service will be a perfect choice.

The hotel room was impressively spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff were warm and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. Although the hotel's surroundings were quiet with limited attractions, the area was easily accessible by cab, which was reasonably priced.

Amazing hospitality by the staff at the hotel. Prior to arrival and throughout the stay, we are in contact with the staff via WeChat who provided helpful contacts, information and support.
As we had to leave the hotel early after our first night for the Abujicuo hike, the hotel had kindly prepared early breakfast (before 7.30am) for us to takeaway. This includes fruits, milk and bread. Otherwise, the breakfast option (Chinese, continental etc.) will be decided the night before to consume at the breakfast area.
As for the room, it has a very modern and luxurious concept to it as seen in photos. The hotel also provides a variety of shower shampoo, body soap and body lotion to choose from (Balmain & others) during check-in.
Lastly, we appreciate that the hotel has self-service washing machine/dryer on the rooftop for us to wash clothes after our hikes.

The property is about a year old. It is clean and beautifully furnished.
The staff were friendly and helpful with queries. When we had trouble paying our driver through the various platforms, they stepped in to help.
For breakfast, they offer a selection of Chinese, ******* and western cuisine. There are also restaurants along the same stretch of road as the hotel.
The ancient city is about a 15 min walk down the road from the hotel.
