Shangri La Home and Hotel

The hotel is in a good location and has convenient parking. The lady at the front desk is friendly and helpful. The room is spacious, bright, clean and tidy. The heating is powerful. The bedding is comfortable and there is an electric blanket. The bath water is warm and the breakfast is free. It is a great stay experience.

The hotel front desk service attitude is good, considerate, good style, complete facilities, the lobby is large and considerate, check-in is fast, the room is clean and tidy, the Internet is strong, the bed is large, the bathroom is clean, the bath is comfortable, the room attendants are enthusiastic, the free parking lot is large, and Breakfast is provided, laundry and drying are convenient, parking is convenient, and machine drying is convenient, great!

The bed and two pillows were quite comfortable and there was heating, which was nice. The room facilities seemed incomplete. There was no table, chair or clothes hanger except a narrow TV cabinet. There was no place to put the backpack and clothes. I had to drag a restaurant chair in to put my things. The hot water was not stable and my family took a long time to get it out. I took a shower late and the water was only warm. The hotel is on the roadside and the soundproofing is not the best, but fortunately there are not many cars on this road. Two breakfasts were delivered which were good. We parked our car in the roadside parking space by the river. The hotel said it was free, but we were still charged. There is no charge for parking at that parking space between 21:00 and 09:00.

The location of the hotel is very good. Entering the lobby gave me a low-key and elegant feeling. When I entered the lobby, I was greeted by the lady at the front desk who greeted me warmly and kindly. The room was neat and clean, and the mattress was very comfortable. The staff were very professional and handled my inquiries very skillfully. They handled the problems very well and were able to provide services to the guests in a timely manner. I was very happy. satisfy! ! ! Check-in was quick, the room was relatively comfortable, the price was not expensive, the environment was good, the room was clean, the first choice for my stay, I was satisfied. The hotel service is very good, very welcoming, and the service attitude is great. It is very clean, close to the scenic spot, easy to get in and out, and overall very comfortable. And heating🥰! ! Overall, I was very impressed with my stay. Whether it is hardware or software, this hotel has reached a very high level. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to friends and family and look forward to staying there again.
