The best services I have ever received. The staff has upgraded my book to a bedroom + living room. The amenities in the room are so completed. They even assigned a helpful assistant who you can contact her whenever you need help.

Nice hotel near the top of Balagezong, remote area so it's recommended to use the hotel's driver service. Air is so fresh, amazing views, couldn't ask for anything more.

Convenient for a trip to Balagezong scenic spots. No need to travel two hours from Shangrila. Nothing to do at night

Our stay at snow mountain ice spring was amazing! We only spent 2 nights here and our entire itinerary was well organised by Ba San who helped us view all the major Bala Gezong scenic areas. Our transportation to and from the hotel and Shangrila station was also organised by the hotel staff, leading to a very well planned stay. The accommodation itself is huge and very comfortable and cosy, and the breakfast provided was so grand. Complimentary tickets for some activities was also provided, making this booking so value for money. While this hotel may be pricier than others, it is definitely very worth it and in our opinion, the only option you should consider for the Bala Gezong area.

It was one of our best stays in China. The Hotel is right inside the most beautiful scenic area. The rooms are great and the staff is welcoming, helpful and lovely. They made our stay in Balagezong a never to forget experience. Absolutely recommendable with 10 stars at least. We are so much looking forward to returning! Thank you Snow Mountain Ice Spring.

I was lucky to stay at this hotel. The price was not expensive during the Chinese New Year. The main reason was that the hotel had a butler service. The butler arranged everything for the attractions we visited. Even if we missed the bus, we just had to tell the butler and he would send a car to pick us up. Every driver was very nice. Behind the hotel was a tourist attraction [Zhuoma Lakang]. We came at a good time and could clearly see the whole view of the Pagoda Mountain.

A great value trip, comfortable and high-end rooms, butlers provide full service and thoughtful and meticulous service, and the food is delicious. The beauty of Balagzong is beyond imagination. In fact, the room rate is not expensive, including tickets and various experience vouchers. I look forward to coming back as soon as I left, and I must stay for two more days next time! It's totally worth it!
