Room and housekeeping: 4.6/5 General hotel cleanliness: 2.2/5 Front desk service: 2.6/5 Breakfast: 2/5 Habe never seen such dirty hotel, last morning, there was rubbish on a desk and lobby area. I checked out this morning, and it still was there. One day, I saw two guys passing by and openly smoking cigarettes, whole wearing staff jackets. I asked them if they are the stuff, and they said they assist with cleaning. Cleanliness rating of C negative. Most of street restaurants have better rating. Does anyone manage the area? Breakfast experience is a total mess. I tried once, and then preferred to boil eggs in kettler in my room. Dishes are cold. For meat dish they serve cheap sausage made of God knows what, which you can commonly buy in 7/11 shops for few coins. Floor is dirty, and never cleaned until the breakfast is over. Reception lacks basic training. I was told where the breakfast was, but was not told at what time. I was not told wifi password, and room card holder does not display it. When I tried to call reception from stationary phone, it said wrong number. I simply have mo words what kind of mess this hotel is. Rooms are good. Housekeeping is great. They provide way better service than reception. Therefore, if it is all that matters to you, you'll like it. But if you start laying attention to details, you'll be disappointed. Overall, the hotel is in survival mode, and all aspects I mentioned prove it.
