Staff was hospitable and friendly. Local ginger tea during reception warms the body and room was spacious and breakfast provided is delicious.

Second stay at this charming ******* hotel. Wifi and bathroom plumbing (on the ground floor) wasn’t the best, but the staff did their best to rectify. Service overall was excellent including early morning airport drop off.

Spectacular! Design hotel, confy and great to come back after all day walking arround. Great position. The staff is super nice, helpfull and very friendly. Great english too, that helps a lot. Rooms are clean, confy and with the best view! A must in Shangri-La
