Despite the lack of greenery or floral scenery, our stay at the antique independent “bungalow” was made special by the warm welcome and excellent service from the manager, staff, and especially our housekeeper, ZhangLei! He was consistently attentive and caring towards us throughout our stay. Zhanglei also went above and beyond by protecting us from potential scammers, demonstrating his commitment to our safety and comfort throughout our stay. The service is impeccable. The food in the hotel is absolutely top notch, from breakfast, to bakery, to dinner, some of the best food I had during my trip in Lijiang, and Shangri-la It offers a private access to the monastery, and the hotel feels to embody the ******* spirit and tradition everywhere you look

A very good hotel with attentive service and high-quality staff. The road in front of the door is closed for construction but does not affect the entry and exit of vehicles. There are more than ten kinds of stir-fried vegetables and noodles for breakfast. When you exit the gate, turn right at the next intersection and turn right. There are many restaurants. But most of them are various types of hot pot and barbecue. Some shops are not open due to road construction. There is a small garden behind the hotel's main store, which is a bit like a southern garden. Ginger syrup is provided in the lobby and a fruit platter is provided in the room. It is worth recommending.

The hotel environment is super good, the balcony is the Jinsha River, the room is clean and tidy, the hotel security brother is very good, the service is warm, the lights in the room and the corridor are too dark, the quality of disposable toiletries is not very good (especially the quality of combs)

The location of the inn is good. It is in the ancient city and very close to Sifang Street. However, this street is very quiet and no cars are allowed to pass through. It is very quiet! The inn is very carefully decorated and has a ******* cultural atmosphere. You can take photos and other things. They are very good! The proprietress and the young man are very nice and have a good service attitude! The inn smells good! I like that smell! ! !

🙏🏻Thanks to the hotel staff. After our family checked in in the afternoon, the elderly caught a cold😷+high sickness was quite serious. I went downstairs to get takeout. The hotel staff specifically pointed out that we should go directly to the People's Hospital🏥 for treatment, and not go to other private hospitals🙅🏻♀️. This was a kind reminder. We went directly to the People's Hospital for infusion and oxygen inhalation in the middle of the night. I strongly advise everyone that if there are elderly people in your group and those with poor physical conditions, don't rush to high altitude places. I was careless. As a result, I tossed around all night. I checked out early the next morning and went directly to Lijiang. The elderly stopped panting. It was really scary. Moreover, I brought the elderly here and booked an elevator. There are basically no elevators in the inns in the ancient city.

The hotel is modern and very nicely decorated and my room was stocked with amenities, including a nice tea set with good tea which you can enjoy on the alcove in your room. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. My room price included pickup from the train station and that was arranged without any fuss through Weixing since I don't have a Chinese phone number. My room and the public areas were all very clean. The breakfast was wonderful. It is a 700 m walk to the Old Town, and a bit far from the main part of town around ChangZhen Lu. But it is easy and inexpensive enough to call a didi or a cab to get to that part of town.
