The owner was very helpful and kind. Eventhough they cant understand english, but they always put the effort to help us. All the staff are friendly. We enjoy staying here. Recommended!

I had a pleasant journey in Yabuli, thanks to people who were really nice to us. The hotel was clean and warm, and the service was satisfying.

Boss , super friendly and helpful. Recommended to book this Hotel. Cheap skiing price from the boss not recommended to have coach they will asking for tips just like compulsory we need to pay tips . Arrange transportation from the Boss to Xue Xiang . He will bring you go to the place you need . All the way he will bring you to buy ticket from Xue Xiang until u take bus only he left . Thumb Up 👍👍👍

The owner is very kind and helpful. The room is clean, the food is tasty, and it’s very close to the ski area. They have equipment for rent and can take you to the airport, ski slopes, or other places. If you can speak Chinese, it’s even easier to communicate.

First not hot springs at this hotel… they sold us package for horse ride as soon as we walk in and was horrible nothing like the video… and really bad experience.. never again.

The Host is kind. There is no cleaning service.
Difficult to sleep at night due to the strong smoke odor.

Excellent service, warm welcome and nice accommodation, they can provide good quality and new skiing equipment rental and car drop service, food and drink at hotel are also good, highly recommended !!
