The service was very good, and the environment was very nice, with real trees everywhere. The children had a lot of fun playing there, especially Dang Min, who was very enthusiastic and served very good tea.

Ctrip members are definitely VVIP here🤙🤙🤙The front desk will arrange the largest room with the same conditions. The best thing is the hot spring service. Since entering the hot spring, I heard the staff intercom "Ctrip members have arrived at the hot spring area", and then a staff member followed me all the time, asking me about the water temperature and introducing the effects of each pool. The black tea specially given by Ctrip members is delicious👍🏻On a cold day, the tea is changed immediately when it gets cold outdoors, and the bath towel is replaced immediately when it gets wet... One-on-one help with tea and fruit plates throughout the whole process... The service is really flattering... The hotel environment is good, the hot spring area service staff is warm and thoughtful; the room cleaning is very timely and efficient, the staff are very dedicated and can handle problems in a timely manner, and put themselves in the shoes of the guests. It is a relatively satisfactory stay experience!
