帶孩子家庭出遊，床大小很重要。預訂的套房描述的是兩張2m特大床，實際給的是一張2米加在客廳的床（床墊很不舒服睡的腰疼）和一張卧室的1.8m床。多次溝通，前台就一個大媽，態度惡劣，一直強調就是這樣的床，事實面前，不願承認床大小有問題！兩張大床住4–5個人含孩子，一張床就配1個枕頭合理不？説半天才肯加了2枕頭。礦泉水、拖鞋、牙刷都限量，總之非常不好的體驗！最重要的是，熱水極其不穩定，放了20分都是冷水！！服務非常不專業，不想給自己找氣的別住了！

酒店在山頂，坐免費纜車上山，酒店就在下纜車右手邊，很近，山頂上有絕美的風景，晚上看到滿天星星，房間暖氣足，夠暖和！
