Shangzhi Hotels with Pools

✅It is a ski resort. It is so convenient to stay at Yabuli Mediterranean Clubmed for skiing! There is an exclusive channel and an unlimited cable car card. It takes about 5 minutes from the room to the cable car. ✅There are free coaches (very serious, responsible, patient and professional. Although it is a group class, I feel that every team member is very nice and not perfunctory), and there are GOs (take children to play and take children skiing, so worry-free)! ✅The forest bar is so cool with unlimited free drinks. The apple bar is all-inclusive. Although the food is average, it is also worry-free without having to worry about what to eat. The desserts are unexpectedly delicious ✅You can also make reservations for other projects, such as snow hiking, etc. It’s great! 🤷🏻♀️The hotel facilities really need to be improved. The water in the bathroom is really... speechless😒The bathroom is still very small. The hair dryer in the bathroom socket does not work. Go outside to blow dry. But there is no mirror outside, so you can't use curling irons and straightening hairpins. You can only blow dry your hair blindly and it's fine after it dries (in short, this is for skiing, forget about being beautiful when dating) 🤷🏻♀️There is too much scale in the humidifier. It's too dirty... Actually, it can be cleaned by adding an effervescent tablet... Why not clean it..... The housekeeper is very nice, but I'm embarrassed to mention the housekeeper's name because I've complained too much here. In short, the service is very good, and the facilities need to be improved.

The place is cosy and clean. The owners and lady at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. The snow is starting to melt but luckily we still get to see some and there is a little playground outside. Unfortunately the cook has left when we arrive at the homestay but still breakfast is provided by the friendly aunties there. To find food and groceries we need to walk abit to the nearest restaurant and mini marts. Due to the low season, alot of the homestay around the area the closed, even the restaurants are also not all opened. It's also very hard to get a ride by using Didi. End up we still have to get the auntie to help call for taxi, which will cost 2 times more

The main reason I chose this hotel was for the hot springs and my own convenience. However, I discovered that the hot spring and resort are managed separately, which meant I had to return to the counter to return the key and complete other formalities before I could go back to my room after using the hot spring. The front desk staff were less friendly, and honestly, the worst I’ve encountered among all the hotels I stayed at during my trip. Their hospitality needs significant improvement. Additionally, Yabuli is very remote, and transportation is quite inconvenient. The hotel staff didn’t assist us in contacting any drivers. As locals, they could have at least had some contacts or suggestions for transportation, but instead, they dismissed us outright, stating that no transfers were provided.

I stayed in Yabuli for one night skiing. I chose this B&B because of its design. It was so beautiful. The B&B also provides free breakfast, but it's a pity that I stayed too short. Thanks to the housekeeper for his service!

Fascinatingly designed boutique hotel with literally international 4-Star standard amenities. Could see how much details was put into the design of each room and each guest hall. In the room, The smart toilet was a must have for me. The shampoo was what you will get in 4-star hotels. The bedsheets were crisply ironed and clean. The mattress were the supportive type. The pillows were superb too. They even have humidifier in the room. The reception contacted us a week before the trip, that’s really assuring to me as a foreigner without a local phone number. So I managed to get a lot of info established before hand. Really great! Because I like to be informed in advance. Response via WeChat was super prompt and organized throughout our stay. The reception team works closely with the drivers and attractions to personalize your experience for you. I felt that the touring arrangements were really seamless. In their guest hall, guests can access the smart washing machine, microwave, hot water, drinking water, tea etc. WiFi was not stable. The breakfast was delicious and healthy with more variety than expected. The hotel was humbly saying that they only offer “millet porridge and salted duck egg” but no no no, they actually offered a mini buffet of 10 different dishes with freshly made soy milk. Overall the stay was way beyond expectation for me. Highly recommended for international tourists.

Just book this place already! You don’t need to look any further. AMAZING!!! As foreigners, traveling in China can be challenging but Sandy made our trip so much easier! She is a wonderful host that accommodated all our needs with a smile! She arranged a taxi for us that picked us op from the train station and took us straight to the apartment. We traveled during Chinese New Year which can be hard with getting a taxi and getting restaurants that are open. We had a delicious meal at the restaurant right next to the apartment and could watch all the people ski and have fun on the slopes! We arrived earlier than check in but Sandy assisted us so that we could change into our ski clothes and helped us to get a coach for our ski lesson, all the equipment and ski passes. After our wonderful time on the slopes, she took us to a hot springs! She took photos, translated and arranged all tickets needed. She surpasses all expectations when considering the service! The room was spacious, clean and had a wonderful view! The room was warm and had enough blankets that made the stay very comfortable! My only recommendation would be to provide drinking water in the room. The stay at Lucheng Apartments made our whole Yabuli experience amazing and we can’t wait to come back again!
