An excellent stay with a wonderful host Christine. The bed was comfortable, room lovely and clean and there was even home made cake waiting for us. Great location which was quiet and amazing breakfasts - fresh fruit, French toast, full English, an amazing choice. Fully recommend.

This B&B is fantastic. The host Chris is so welcoming. The room I stayed in was immaculately clean and fresh. The bed was very comfortable. The lemon cake in the room was a lovely welcoming touch. The cooked breakfast was huge and delicious. I would love to stay again.

Wow . What a lovely stay we had. Chris is a great Host, Everything is as you expect it to be. Comfortable bed. Very clean & A Tasty breakfast with homemade bread. Her knowledge of the island is a great help for getting around. We shall return when we visit the island again

Comfortable, clean , friendly are just the minimum praise we can give. The room was very comfortable with spotlessly clean ensuite made for a great relaxing base after walking around all day. Breakfast was of an exceptional quality with plenty of choice, nothing seemed too much trouble. Chris and Luke must be amongst the friendliest hosts in the hospitality business, with excellent tips on the best ice cream around 😀 Would definitely return when we return to the island and would advise anyone looking for a stay to contact them too.

One of,if not, the best Guest House weve stayed in! Chris is a wonderful host. Friendly, with such a warm welcome. Great to chat with about local knowledge, and just good old conversation. Felt like home from home. Her attention to detail is spot on. We stayed in room 1. It was superbly clean, comfortable and very well decorated. Great view out to the sea. Fresh complimentary milk in the mini fridge was very welcomed, along with the homemade cake, delicious!! Breakfast was amazing, lots of choice from cereal, yoguts, and cooked, all very good quality! Homemade bread was an added bonus! Wish we could of stayed longer, and will definitely be recomending to family and friends! And be staying here again when we come back another time Thankyou Chris and luke for a wonderfull stay. 11/10.

Wonderful in all aspects - nothing to fault. Chris was an exceptional host, giving us a warm welcome (cake!) and offering lots of local knowledge on where to visit and eat. The room was clearly well looked after, comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options, including homemade bread. There are only three guest rooms at the property, making it nice and quiet. We travelled on public transport, so the location by Shanklin station was very useful for trains and buses. We'll be back!
