酒店是在之前另一家酒店的基礎上改造的，大門還掛着之前酒店的名字，導致我找半天沒找到，打電話給前台才搞明白。
酒店房間裏的衞生不好，地毯、洗手盆有很多毛髮，浴室角落積了不少污垢。
攜程上描述酒店設施有洗衣房，前台跟我説是有洗衣房，但是洗衣機還沒買回來，把我氣笑了。

酒店硬件設施不錯，衞生間乾濕分離，房間和床上用品乾淨衞生，賓館門前停車方便，周邊吃飯的地方非常多，總體不錯。但我這間房洗臉盆的下水翻蓋缺失，衞生間玻璃門把手滑絲，店家要加強硬件設施的巡檢維護，住酒店越辦越好！

這家酒店旅行住宿太好了，乾淨寬敞，無異味，停車也很方便，有地上和地下停車場，有餐廳，來山南住了三天，第一天住的另外一家，第二天才般這家來的，價格一樣。這家好太多太多。

不知道那些好評怎麼來的。洗澡時置物架是壞的，衹能把東西掛門上。洗手池是歪的龍頭是鬆動的，沒有取暖，廁所廢紙樓放左側。周邊沒有吃飯的地方，晚飯早飯都是開車出去吃的……前台服務也是沒有什麼温度。這是我自家自駕山南地區體驗最差的一家了

因為訂錯日期，10月18日入住釘成了17日入住，但是17日沒有入住酒店也沒有打電話，最後攜程協調同價格18日入住。酒店定位導航根本無法找到，轉了很久才找到，希望修改平台上的定位
