因為個人的事情，我沒能去住，我聯繫酒店前台退，酒店前台説6點之後就不再退款了，但我買的時候已經是8點多，我想衹退了一半也沒關係，就當自己認栽 ，酒店前台説是可以聯繫24小時客服，還説你的票是通過第三方買的不是從我們這兒買的衹能退一半，酒店前台的態度也是極其惡劣，後面都直接電話都不接了 ，24小時客服也是愛答不理，答非所問 ，申請還失敗了，一分都沒退給我 ，體驗感極差，再也不去他們店了，我對24小時客服也是無語了，就當自己倒大黴了吧。

不单是一般的多人間，而是男女混住。在海外因为要省钱都經常住，但是人家会给每一張床以布帳圍起，使不論男女都有一点私人空间。此外，旅馆主人不喜扣門进去，离开時也不順手关門，因此你会覺得没有安全感。租住8人間，主人便随便扔给我10人間。那幾天碰上7丶8位旅客都吸烟，難受杨玉

説是民宿，其實是城中村的自建房改造的，而且一樓三樓都在裝修，房間小，衞生間更小，最最讓我不能接受的，樓下有個自助洗衣機，結果也是他家開的，洗衣收費，也算合理，搞笑的是，洗一次需要8塊錢，可一次最低要充10塊，而且不能退，大家賺錢都不容易，可以理解，但至於這樣嗎。

房間裝修通風可以，就是廁所味道太大了，沖水也要沖幾次才行，廁所門不關的話房間很大味道。沒有換氣扇周邊吃的不多，離市區比較偏

一星都不想給真垃圾，下單之前上面寫着那麼多東西去了啥都沒有，水都是涼的，衞生更別提了，而且一大早就開始各種裝修，吵的要死，啥玩意兒，誰來誰傻眼
