There are some construction sites around the entrance of the community, which should be under construction. Passing many cars it was very dusty. I feel like the boss upgraded the sea view room for free, and you can see the sea when you enter the room.
Hygiene: It's really a bit bad. There is obvious dust and black dust on the tables, sofas and hair dryers. Place the paper towels on the side thickly ashes. The inside of the washing machine is even dirtier. It hasn't been cleaned for a long time. The clothes were taken off once and were full of dust when they were taken out.
Environment: It's like a high-end apartment building. Easy access. The room is also very nice

這次汕頭之旅，住的公寓簡直是意外之喜！從高鐵站打車很快就能到，樓下就有共享電動車，公交站，出行超方便。房間佈置得很用心，採光通風一流，推開窗就是汕頭的城市街景。入住後房東還細心叮囑各種注意事項，超貼心。不管是商務出差還是旅遊度假，都強烈推薦！

一個月前在汕頭住了萬象城那家分店，比較滿意，所以這次臨時起意，在萬象城那家店房間訂滿的情況下，我直接選擇了這家分店。但沒想到這次的住宿體驗這麼差。
1. 絕大多數東西都要收費，甚至連一副牙刷都沒有提供…這是我從來沒見過的，有點誇張了。（難怪入住前還要收按金，現在已經很少遇到要收按金的酒店了）
2. 大床很怪，躺下去在上面每動一下都會大聲的咿呀作響，體驗極差；並且床單的材質非常不舒服，躺在床上皮膚與床接觸的地方都很難受，導致睡眠體驗很差。
3. 沒有免費停車位。
唯一的優點是能看到海景。

非常一般，服務是幾乎沒有，正常民宿是會提前微信發給住宿人 又或者説打電話提前溝通，甚至於提前添加微信 但是他們完全沒有，我們到了後去到定的那個位置樓下等了半個小時，添加了他的微信才跟我們説要去外面門口的小便利店登記入住訊息才可以密碼鎖 入住訊息可以在網上辦，在小程序裏面就可以搞好，非要去小便利店登記，又不提前説

對於有浴缸，帶海景，大空間的民宿價錢是相當值的。就是位置相當偏，在集裝箱碼頭旁，打車到長平路，萬象城吃，玩。車費20以上跑不了，要是一天幾趟，交通費用不菲。另外衞生要加強，沙發和地面都是長頭髮，配個吸塵機就能解決的
