衞生情況太差了，被子不乾淨，不知道有沒有洗的，房間有異味，拖鞋有點臭，停車要收費，熱水器洗一下沒熱水了，房間隔音也不行，走廊有什麼聲音都聽的一清二楚，各方面都很差，特別是衞生不敢恭維，就房價還可以，不貴，其他的方面都需要提升。

入住時讓你加錢，服務態度很不好，雖然訂的是比較低價的房型，但我也沒要求什麼啊，給我安排個房間住就行了，一進去辦理入住就一個勁的讓人加錢升級房間，我説不用了，定什麼就安排什麼就可以了，一聽到我不想加錢，態度就變了，臉色都變了，好像欠他們多少錢似的，你那房間想賣多少錢你就平台上去賣多少錢就行了，何止來搞這種套路，賣低價也是你自己想賣，別人定了你又不樂意了，沒見過這樣的。房間衞生也不行，到處都沒打掃乾淨，有黃漬，有毛髮，便宜是挺便宜的，但早知道這樣還不如不要，這種質量服務態度，這種質量，估計也是衹能靠賣低價來吸引客人了，先吸引過來再想辦法加錢，下次預訂這種，一定要先打電話問清楚再定，別給自己找不痛快，體驗極差的一次。

前台服務特別好，見我們是幾個家庭出行，應該是他們店長之類的小夥子，特別交代前台客服幫我們把房間都安排在了同一層，雖説是個小舉動，但是很加分，方便我們照顧長者，小孩，房間中規中矩，畢竟是公寓性質的，住了三天，每天早上前台工作人員都會詢問是否需要客房打掃，補充日用品，很貼心，有問題也是非常迅速就處理了，沒有拖拉，很讓人有安全感，來汕頭遊玩非常愉快，還會再來~

前台辦理入住很方便，前台跟房間在同一棟，房間也是高層，跟酒店一樣配備了日用的一次性用品，還有洗衣機這些家電可供免費使用，住了三天，每天衹要跟前台説安排打掃，都有保潔來打掃房間，這個挺好的，我們同行有長者家，前台小哥也貼心的幫我們把房間安排在同樓層，基本需要什麼聯繫到前台都是能夠儘快幫我們處理問題，節假日嘛，忙點能理解，樓下還有個大型商場，確實也是挺加分的，有機會再來汕頭，大概率還是會選擇這裏入住，靠海邊，住着很舒服~

樓下就是萬象滙商場，附近交通也是挺方便的，樓下也有共享單車，前台服務友好周到，24小時無間斷服務，這個很多同類的4星酒店都提供不了吧，衞生中規中矩，雖是公寓，但是跟酒店一樣的布草洗滌配置，住了兩天，感覺還行，價格嘛，節假日，能理解，扎人堆出來玩，這住宿錢，花的還是有性價比的，有機會再來汕頭，牛肉是真的好吃！！！

從來沒有如此差的公寓，首先停車繞了4圈，才有空位停，賓館裏撿漏的跟平時一百多價格一樣，我們提早預訂了還要房間費六百多，實際當天我們查看了價格比我們提早訂還便宜。（據説汕頭正月裏價格比較高，看看可能沒有住滿賓館價格可能就降下來了）。房間和被單都是煙味。一家人澡都不敢洗了躺床上。大家可以挑選淡季來，或者選擇性價比高一點的，我都不知道網站了評價高分怎麼評的。兩個年輕老闆人還是不錯的，開店不易。

汕頭，真的感覺太好了，主要是能有一個舒服的酒店真的很重要。
這裏房間設施很齊全，我們訂的影音房孩子看動畫片很爽。床鋪也很舒服，有洗衣機很方便，樓下有孩子玩的，也有各種美食。
店家的服務也很棒，開始網絡有問題沒法看電影，第二天就早早解決好了，超讚。
隨着對汕頭的遊玩，一下又續住了好幾天，朋友來了也直接訂在他家，樓下停車也超級方便。

非常棒的一家酒店公寓！衞生，設施環境都十分滿意。比這更滿意的是該酒店公寓的前台員工，每一位都年輕有素質，講話的語氣和蒿可親，每天一早就在微信上送來問好，問我們需要什麼儘管提出。而且我們都是七十多歲的老年人，wifⅰ網絡不大會弄，他們立馬就上來給我們連接上，而且輕聲輕氣十分有禮貌。真的我們有點受寵若驚。尤其我們一年中半年是在國外國內旅行。一般在大都市我們都住的四星五星級的，樂奕城公寓絕對不比他們遜色，所以被震驚到了。性價比太高。
在此推薦給來汕頭的遊客，下榻樂奕城公寓城東海岸萬象滙店一定會有意外的驚喜。
隔壁就是大型商埸萬象滙，門口就是公交站！
