Intercity Hotel Shantou CHJ

Last time I came to Shantou, I stayed at the Marriott Hotel, and I didn't feel anything special. This time I came to Shantou and stayed at the Intercity Hotel, which was a pleasant surprise. I, who rarely comment, couldn't help but write a good review. Intercity is not a luxury hotel, but many details of the hotel left a deep impression on me. For example, there is an air purifier in the room. There are several fragrance cards on display in the lobby on the first floor. I chose a Chaoshan honey tea and took it back to the room and put it at the outlet of the air purifier. As a result, the whole room was filled with the tea fragrance I like. It was so joyful. I like the tea set in the room. It has a sense of design and is very high-end. The tea is also good. I like the sitting feeling of the work chair, which is neither collapsed nor hard. The bedding and bathrobes are very comfortable and clean. The big drawer for hotel supplies, everything including the hair dryer is neatly placed inside, and it feels so comfortable to open it. There is a large countertop under the sink to place various items, used towels or dirty clothes, when you want to throw them away, it catches them... They are all details, and those who understand details will understand. I stayed in a deluxe sea view room, which was spacious, divided into areas, arranged with furniture, and equipped with plugs, making it very comfortable to use. Another highlight is the restaurant, where the private rooms and tableware are very upscale, and the food is good, too. The crabs are very fresh, and the fried rice noodles are so fragrant! The breakfast is very rich, but after eating it for several days, my favorite is the white porridge and the vegetables that seem to have been fried for a long time. The porridge is very oily and smooth, and the vegetables are very sweet. The waiter said it is Nanshan cuisine. Anyway, it makes my stomach feel very comfortable after eating it. The hotel is not big, but it looks beautiful from every angle. I will stay in this hotel when I come to Shantou in the future!

The room is quite spacious! The design is great! The mattress is comfortable, and the pillows/quilts are suitable for sleeping. The lighting is soft, especially the bedside lamp is user-friendly. The toiletries are nice and easy to use. The overall service awareness is very strong, especially when checking in at the front desk, there is a person named Wutong who is very professional and carefully helps answer our questions.
