My floor have one room open the door and smoking all night and I canmot to sleep . It’s not OK because I have smelling the smoking all night I stay 4 night, with this problem

This is a very bad hotel , I had cockroaches flying in my room, no wifi (they say wifi available but then they say it’s under maintenance today) , carpet was stained with cigarette butts
Very poor staff and manager they didn’t even listen to our complaints properly..please avoid this hotel

One point is too much. I was deceived. The environment, accommodation, and breakfast were very average. They said parking was free, but the money was automatically deducted when we drove out. We were also charged 69 yuan for parking when we parked. It was so cheating.
