I am quite satisfied with the hotel. The ladies at the front desk are very nice. Parking is very convenient. There are many restaurants nearby. The bathroom and bed are separated from each other. The design is quite good. The hotel is very quiet and there is no smell of smoke in the room. I will stay there next time. live! ! !

As soon as I entered the hotel, I was attracted by its elegant atmosphere. The lobby is spacious and bright, the staff is warm and friendly, and the check-in process is fast and efficient.

The front desk check-in was unprofessional. They forgot to collect the deposit and called me to go downstairs to pay the deposit. They didn't know how to collect it themselves. I stayed for two nights, but the room card was only used for one day. I had to run up and down to live on the 13th floor.
