適合自駕遊的，離核心區域有一丟遠，不過假期不咋漲價，樓下有吃的，很安靜。管理還可以，停車很方便不要錢，充電樁也豐富

房間乾淨，打掃人員負責，設施設備也好用，樓下走兩步就是公交站，也挺方便的；因為國慶堵車延誤了三個小時，沒時間去取寄存在前台的行李，跟前台小姐姐打電話幫忙郵寄，也很快就答應了，真是幫我省了不少事，很贊！

酒店位置挺偏的，但汕頭十一酒店價格太貴了，這個稍微便宜點（還是比平常貴），就湊合住了。ps:7樓沒電梯，需要繞一段迷宮一樣的路然後再樓梯上。以及酒店樓下有個KTV，超級吵，睡覺需要帶耳塞。

離汕頭市區不遠，有自己停車場，床上用品都是換了的。但三樓是ktv，如果對睡眠環境有要求的，可能會有點影響。

酒店位置不錯，停車場免費，且有快充樁和慢充，旁邊就是加油站，對面有街道有不少吃的，早餐都在那吃。不足之處是樓下是ktv，房間窗户鎖釦是壞的，沒法鎖窗，我們住6房、背面關窗後沒多少ktv的歌聲。房間衞生尚可。這房間春節價格是平時的3倍，潮汕靠中心區域的酒店多數達對5至7倍甚至10多倍，無語。

非常不滿意，設施衞生都一般般，最讓人無法忍受的是樓下的ktv吵到人無法睡覺，前台一開始還會迴應，到後來直接不接我這間的內線電話，我衹能報警處理，員工説的不知道有幾句實話，報警前説樓上沒有空房，報警後就可以換樓上的房間了，總的來説就不應該在ktv樓上經營酒店，基礎的休息都受影響，所以不建議入住這家酒店。

實話實説，給大家參考。三樓KTV，四樓足浴店，比較吵，衞生間有很重的異味，打電話前台，來處理後好了很多，停車方便，出門吃飯也方便，旁邊是一個加油站，自駕加油也方便。

別去，1-3樓是ktv，特別吵，定特價房就在ktv樓上。去到後服務員告知這個情況説可以補差價升級到5-6樓的房間。但是還是很吵，別人説話聽得一清二楚。
唯一優點就是有小度音箱，全屋智聯，可以全部語音控制。

入住時前台告知KTV在三樓會吵到凌晨兩點，並且無法調到安靜的房間，果真房間效果像KTV過道，一直吵到兩三點，過年期間KTV估計也爆滿，一家老小完全沒法睡
如果這種情況，那要預訂時告知，入住時告知算什麼？
入住時給了免費早餐卷
生意不是這樣做的～大過年的，給三顆星吧
