全5分好評！五一都漲價，當時看到這家公寓相對價格比較合理，還有1.5米雙床，兩大一小太合適了，入住後果然不失望，採光很好，通風也很好，床睡得比較舒服，房間很乾凈，衞生間有窗户，樓下洗衣機可以洗衣服，樓頂可以曬衣服（風大的話注意拿夾子夾好）。樓下就有早餐店，店裡的麪用的豬肉都很新鮮，非常好吃。樓下也有海鮮大排檔，但我們吃了一次感覺沒有錢塘村裡麪菜場對面那家好吃。

外觀雖然感覺像是城鄉結合部的那種自建房，但內部設施確實還不錯，電梯也是有的，看前面評價説考慮蹲坑是為了衞生作想，但確實有點不合時宜了，特別是上點年紀就很費力。房間衞生間都夠大，但臨街的房間隔音不好，外面的風聲和汽車聲太大了。
