首先沒有負分這個選項我是不滿意的。1.酒店前台在一樓，但是非常破爛，值班的人都沒有，桌面上巨厚幾層灰，和隔壁酒店呈鮮明對比。2.等人來辦理入住前後等了十五分鐘，好不容易拿到房卡結果還打不開門。3.進門以後房間內臟得真的沒眼看，到處都是污垢、灰塵。被子什麼應該是沒有換過吧，上一位客人退走後就直接繼續用了。4.拖鞋上面還有幾坨黑色，廁所裏面連衞生紙🧻都沒有。5.春節期間房價漲價我能接受，將近300的價格住這個破酒店，我晚上外套都沒脱直接躺着就睡了。6.整個酒店附近配套設施巨差，尤其是海鮮價格，70一斤的花蛤，我當場就想打電話投訴了，這跟搶劫有啥區別？最後就是我無比後悔相信網圖選了這個酒店，真的太臟太差了。我拍了幾張圖大家看看就好，誰來誰上當，誰來誰是大怨種。就這樣也好意思做酒店？實在是太讓人生氣了。

這次選的酒店性價比很高，很值得推薦，除了衞生乾淨整潔，服務態度也熱情到位，半夜點的外賣因為找不到，前台小哥哥還幫忙把外賣帶上房間了，這點很值得點贊，景點就更不用説，對於我這種熱愛大海的小夥子來説，恨不得搬過來住了

在金町灣來説這家公寓算是性價比很高了，陽台能看到海和日出，前台小姐姐辦理入住效率很快，半夜回來發現忘記帶房卡了，也第一時間來幫忙開門了，服務是有求必應，房間衞生也很整潔乾淨，住起來挺舒適的

已經是第二次來這家酒店了，太適合差旅出行了，這裏的環境很舒適，距離沙灘也很近，交y通方便，還有很多可以租的電動車可以自行駕駛，體驗到了從未有過的感覺，吹着海風，逛着街，簡直不要太浪漫

設施：東西很齊全，還有冰箱。 衞生：室內衞生很乾凈，無異味。床單被套也都整潔。 環境：設計很不錯，賞心悦目。陽台可以看海，離海邊很近。。樓下餐飲很豐富，配套設施不錯，交通也便捷。 服務：熱情周到，非常便利。房間和訂的完全一樣，都是實景拍攝，開始還擔心會不會有出入，玩了一天安心入住。真的很棒的公寓。推薦大家來這家。
