設施：破舊，臟。
衞生：被套發黃。房間非常潮濕陰暗。
環境：就在人民公園門口，逛公園比較方便。
服務：入住前一天電話問了七十來塊雙床房窗靠公園一側的房間。預先提前打電話問店家確認有房。結果到店説原房客續租了沒雙床房了。老闆很“熱情”推薦了一大床房窗户在樓道沒電視沒吹風機沒電水壺、空調沒遙控器。
要喝開水老闆就燒水給暖壺。淋浴熱水還可以。
這家“招待所”網上搜尋時僅一條2.8評價；沒有開業/裝修年代，看照片似乎還可以。當時到店得知沒有網訂的房間時如果就立刻退訂，就好了！這是自己一個經驗教訓。
