雖然本次入住體驗不好，但還是客觀地評價這家酒店，這年頭確實誰都不容易。房間裝修品質保持了全季標準，服務態度一般般沒達到全季應有的水準，衞生沒啥問題，房間紗窗拉手壞了沒維修開窗和關窗不方便我還被夾了一下，還好沒什麼事。重點的是在外面玩了一天回到房間洗澡時竟然沒熱水了，衹好第二天早上再洗。當晚在打電話到前台説天氣冷設備出了問題，衹是前廳接待員解釋一下就沒然後了，管理人員根本沒意識出來處理客人問題和投訴。值得表揚的是攜程客服積極幫解決問題和維護客户權益，最後酒店才積極正視我的投訴。希望酒店管理層能夠加強服務意識和態度，還有儘快解決熱水問題。

The room settings are very new and very clean. The details in all aspects are very well done. Start with a light woody fragrance, wooden simple decoration, woody fragrance shampoo and shower gel, tea set with white tea and black tea and tea leaves. There is a gym and laundry room, very good configuration, Cantonese breakfast. The stay experience this night was very good, which is great news for me who pursues details. I was very happy to stay here! Will come again next time ~
