Shaoguan Hotels with Pools

The decoration style of an old star hotel, but it is very clean. It is true that the room lighting is dim, and the bed is also hard, but I am used to soft beds and I can get used to it. The bedding is high-count and soft, and the check-in arrangement is fast, but I am not satisfied with the room type upgrade because of point redemption. The location is very convenient, you can walk to the East Street. There are freshly cooked noodles and western food for breakfast.

The building is very well built and maintained. Exceptionally clean. I was given an upgrade for a room on the 21 st floor, thank you! Two of the older staff on the front desk spoke English, the younger staff seemed very nervous around me as the only foreigner in town. I couldn’t find the gym. There is a pool, but only for the brave in winter. Handy location next to the mall and supermarket, not far from the the East bus station where you can go to the region’s main attraction. The hotel really needs a washing machine and clothes dryer for self service laundry. I found the bed very firm. Very good value for money.

Great stay here. We liked it so much after travelling in China during the Spring festival, we stayed an extra night . -quiet in the rooms -comfortable beds -high quality linens and towels -fast Internet -a 15 minutes car ride to both train stations -surprise fruit gift on forst day (image) - great servive from all staff, from front desk to room cleaner. Xiao Ming i cafe went to extra effort and was super helpful and thoughtful. -delicious breakfast with good coffee, french bread and yum dim sum. All in all we enjoyed some down time here and had a fantastic stay.

Looks more like a resort than hotel. Hotel lobby was very grand but facilities are worn down. There is a gym and karaoke room but the karaoke looks more like night club, swimming pool looks old too and it’s closed. Room size ok, necessities are all equipped but lack of power points for charging and no international sockets. Shower surprisingly very comfy good water pressure with enclosed shower and bath tub, and I am very happy to see the washlet toilet. Room comes with a balcony with table and chairs and the view is nice. Free coffee and tea at the lobby. Buffet breakfast variety more local and food are all quite oily, very tasty though. There is a male staff at the reception which I would like to compliment, he helped us book DiDi during our stay throughout using his own account as we have issue with our WeChat. Excellent service! Took DiDi to nearby bainian dong jie for night market and food, must go place if you visit Shaoguan, try the mu mian ting chuan shao, very nice.

The location is convenient, and it is easy to travel. You can walk to the train station. There is a bus stop at the door. The facilities in the store are relatively complete. The store owner is very kind, and the room is also very clean.

Caoxi's open-air hot springs are really comfortable! There are more than a dozen open-air pools, such as 🥛 milk pool, 🌹 rose bath, Chinese medicine pool with different effects, wine pool, waterfall pool, etc. 😎 Fish therapy 🐟 is also free here. It's my first time trying the numb feeling. After taking a hot spring bath, you can also take a salt bath and sweat steam. The park has prepared drinking water and clean towels. Generally, you have to take a rest after ten minutes of soaking! The attitude of the staff is very nice. I didn't feel tired after playing in it for an afternoon. On the contrary, my body was much more relaxed 💆🏻♀️ In terms of catering, the room booking includes a buffet breakfast for 2 people. It's quite rich. You can eat soup noodles, cakes, porridge, fried noodles, bacon sausages, corn eggs 🥚 and various steamed buns early in the morning. In the evening, we also ordered farm dishes here. The average price per person is about 30, which is quite cost-effective. Local specialties such as eggplant pot and fried stuffed tofu are delicious!

It is very convenient to go to the hot springs and Zizaitian Museum, and accommodation is free and unlimited. There is a Latin car for children behind the hotel, 48/time/3 circles ⭕ (one free), opposite the Latin car is the Peacock Zoo, there are many peacocks in it, full of vitality! The scenery of Tianchan Valley is also very beautiful and admission is free! Get up early and take a walk, the fresh negative ions are great and very comfortable! Service: The lady at the front desk (intern) was very nice and took the initiative to ask questions and assist with check-out. Very good!

Overall, everything is very good. The hygiene is very good. It’s worth a second visit. The ecology is great. I wake up three kinds of birds when I get up in the morning. The only thing I need to pay attention to is that the temperature of the water outlet of the swimming pool is a bit high. It is best to have warning signs. Otherwise, it is easy to burn your feet.

Checking in the hotel, I got up in the morning and went downstairs to ask the waiter why there was no hot water and why the elevator stopped. We live on the fourth floor and have large luggage. The waiter said it rained last night and the elevator was broken? ! ! ! I was secretly wondering (will the elevator be bad when it rains?) but thought maybe I was lucky? I asked the waiter what to do with so much luggage? The waiter said that there is no way, I can work hard for you... I turned around speechless and prepared to go upstairs to take my luggage. Suddenly there were guests in the lobby who were angry: ***, are you ready to take the guests away? No hot water, no elevator, so hot, you simply stopped the water and electricity, saving costs. The store doesn't know what spells are used. The elevator is ready within a minute, and the hot water is coming. It seems that we are too good to talk. When we meet bad-tempered guests, they immediately change. I really can't give praise to such a store. Service awareness is too unsatisfactory. To have a guest, we must maintain the most basic operation. I hope that the store's service awareness will be greatly improved to have a good evaluation.

The equipment is old, but the price is very high, it is far away. You can make a second repurchase series. Looking at the price, there can be no bad reviews at all. If you want to exquisite product adjustment, you can skip it directly.
