Vienna 3 Best Hotel (Shaoshan Dadao South Railway Station)

When booking this hotel, I looked at a lot of hotels. I felt that this hotel had good reviews before I decided to stay. After checking in, I felt good. The 1.35-meter twin bed is not too small to sleep on, and the bed is soft enough and comfortable. The toilet is also big enough, with dry and wet separations. It is mainly clean and hygienic, which is really good.

Bad review, bad review, bad review. We checked in at around 7 o'clock. The room was on the eighth floor. The smell was super strong. After telling the front desk, we sprayed air freshener. The first time we asked to change rooms, the front desk said the room was full. When we returned to the room around 8:30, the smell was gone. The room was too noisy. The second time I asked to change the room, the front desk still said it was not available. The front desk explained that there would be a little noise because there was an air conditioner on the roof, and ear plugs were provided, but they were of no use at all. Because the noise was too loud, the family members couldn't sleep and left the room at 12 o'clock. They also saw customers checking into this type of room. I originally wanted to have a good sleep when traveling, but the result was so disappointing. This is not the first time I have stayed in Vienna. It is indeed the first time I have encountered such a bad experience. I am not satisfied at all and don’t want to give it a cent.
