The hotel took the guest's deposit and returned the room card, saying that the guest did not return it. The attitude was extremely bad. They said in an unquestionable manner that you took our room card. When the guest asked to check the surveillance, they later said that they made a mistake. The guest checked out at around 9 am. Now they are pushing the blame to the night shift, saying that the guest checked out at 6 or 7 am, left early, and they made a mistake. Their behavior is to take the guest's deposit
