Location: Located in the suburbs of Shaoxing, it doesn't affect us much if we drive ourselves, as there are a few parking spaces on the road and underground. It's just that we have to register on the first floor every time we go out, which is a bit troublesome. It takes about 7/8 minutes to walk to the subway station, but I didn’t take it. Dining: There are not many takeout options, probably because they are all closed during the Chinese New Year. The only options are in commercial centers that are far away. It is best to eat out and come back. Breakfast was normal and sufficient. Service: I only had some contact with the front desk, and I felt that they were not very enthusiastic. The floor tiles were very slippery when I entered the door on a rainy day. I saw several people slipping. I reminded the girl at the front desk to put a mat, but she did nothing. Facilities: The entire hotel only has 18th, 19th and 20th floors. The sound insulation is very average. The family room setting has serious bugs. It has no bathroom door. After taking a shower, the shower door opens outside. The floor mat at the door cannot be used to open the door, so it has to be left unlaid. If you put your clothes inside, they will get wet. If you put them outside, you will have to stand naked in front of your family to dry them. There is only a hand shower, no overhead shower. The shower water is very cold at 8 pm. You have to shower early because the public boiler is obviously too late to heat up. The air conditioner is quiet, has smart devices, and is generally in line with the specifications of a budget hotel.

I asked the front desk to find a quiet room away from the elevator, but it turned out to be the same room as the elevator. But fortunately, it’s not very noisy. I will stay here next time I come to Shaoxing

I am deeply disappointed with this hotel stay experience. First of all, the decoration smell in the room was strong and unbearable, which seriously affected the quality of my rest. Secondly, the TV cannot cast the screen, which prevents me from enjoying a comfortable viewing experience. What's worse is that Xiaodu can't be used normally. I asked the waiter to come over and tell me that there is no other way but to respond to the above, which made me question the hotel's intelligent service. Finally, I noticed that late check-out and room upgrade were not preferential policies of the merchants, but my personal authority, which made me doubt the integrity of the hotel. Overall, this stay experience made me disappointed with the hotel's overall service level. I hope the hotel can take customer feedback seriously and actively improve service quality and customer experience.
